AEAA Framework Overview

The Assessment, Education, Action, and Accountability framework was built on decades of research and data centered on changemaking and change management, a blending of the incredible work of the likes of John Kotter, Monna Wong, and more. Its foundation is the idea that AEAA is the simplest way to execute strategy for even the most complex challenges.

The framework, which has been validated in over half a decade of use cases, empowers leaders to utilize assessment to gain deeper understanding of their organizations & people, as means of understanding where education and action can be taken to reach the organizational goals. These goals are reinforced by continued assessment throughout the process, and serves as a crucial piece for accountability for leadership, managers, and the general member/employee as the organization finally moves forward in the same direction.

The pieces of the framework all connect to each other cyclically, meaning that assessment impacts education impacts action impacts accountability. They all also reinforce one another, and if one piece is being executed at a lower level than the others, the impacts are felt throughout. For example, if you conduct less than satisfactory assessment, you will find that there are many blind spots as you create educational opportunities for staff and members. Your organization may also find that the actions you take to reach organizational goals don’t resonate with the general employee, because we failed to gather the right data to inform the goals in the first place.

It’s all interconnected.
